Now with less sugar!

I haven't been in the mood to write much recently - believe me I tried and didn't get farther than a few words.

Last night an accident happened on Barranca and Culver by Mimi's Cafe which involved a car that was making a right turn and a pedestrian bicycle was going the opposite way of traffic (quickly) and the two hit (the car wasn't going very fast) but the sound was so bad. The guy on the bicycle wasn't wearing a helmet. We called 911 and I crossed the street and ran over and let them know help was one the way. I wasn't even all the way across the street and an officer could be seen down the street.

The guy riding the bike was on his side face down and not moving but he was awake. No helmet. No light. All dark clothes. Oddly enough the guy driving the car and his girlfriend were med students and so was another person who stopped. The police came and so did the fire department.
